This Meal Planner  was created with you busy moms, and dads, in mind. I get it, feeding kids is HARD! This planner will take the guesswork out of planning healthy meals and snacks. It is packed with whole food, mostly plant based meals so you know that your kids are getting in the nutrients that they need.

The meal planner includes:

-       a 10-day meal plan including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and afterschool snacks

-       recipes

-       a grocery list

-       ingredient swaps

-       a snack list

All of the meals and snacks are mainly plant based, gluten and dairy free, BUT easily adaptable. I like to promote flexible eating, encouraging plant based whenever possible but realizing that indiviuals have tastes and preferences to include dairy, meat, etc. as well. I have included a section on ingredient swaps if you would rather stick with your usual style of eating.
